I absolutely LOVE these minerals!! I take it in a small amount of water -- probably 2 -3 Tablespoons. I LOVE the earthy taste!! Robyn has joked before, that it's like eating dirt -- well, it is, but I just LOVE the taste, which is why I take it in such a small amount of water. I'm taking these because I learned that, for low bone density, it's not just calcium that we need -- it's different minerals!! I feel great, knowing that I'm getting the humic/fulvic acid that is so beneficial for our bodies!

I have been taking this product for a while now and I really love it. My hair has got so much thicker since I started taking it which is why I wanted to take it to begin with. When I started going through menopause my hair had become so thin and was falling out like crazy. I love the Ultimate Minerals from the Green Smoothie Girl. I had a lot of hair loss due to Menopause and hormone changes a few years ago. I started taking these Minerals and have been very consistent with taking them every day for about two years now. My hair seems to be thicker now than it was before Menopause. I have to say that it seems like I have been less sick with colds and viruses since I've been taking them too. I would recommend any one to give these Minerals a try. The taste is very mild, not much of a taste at all and once you start taking them every day you don't notice a taste at all.

I think I like the product. I can't tell what it's doing yet, but I have positive intentions! It is extremely neutral in taste which I love. It's easy to take and yet it's not easy to take. My biggest complaint is the label says nothing about taking it away from food or other supplements. So, for a week or two I was taking it with my breakfast. Then I happened to see an email that talked all about the product and how it's very important to take it away from food or supplements. If this is super important for optimal use, wouldn't it be best to put it on the actual label under "instructions for use?" So now it's actually really difficult for me to take because I have other supplements I take on an empty stomach. Then later I forget to take it. :) So I think the product is probably great, but I know they need to change the label.

After reading Vibe, checking out Robyn's website and signing up for e-mails, I read about Ultimate Minerals and decided to try it. I followed the directions exactly and I highly recommend it. I started with one dropper pull as directions said, and had some discomfort in my head. I wouldn't call it a headache and it wasn't strong. I have done a fair amount of detoxing and it felt like that kind of discomfort...which is a good thing. I had some emotional dreams, unusual for me to even dream, but I had read there may be some emotional healing as well, so that was good too. I also noticed immediately my feet had a strong warming sensation. I sent an e-mail to ask customer service about it. The quick response was that it's probably increased circulation, but if it is a concern contact my doctor. I felt she was right and continued. I spent my first month with 1 dropper pull until the sensation in my head disappeared. I am three bottles in, going to start my fourth, taking 3 dropper pulls a day and feel great about it! I have been using Ultimate Minerals for several years. It helps me sleep better at night. I take two dropper full in water before bedtime. Also, I have seen an amazing difference in my nails. In the past, I had problems with vertical ridges and my nails splitting vertically and tearing. Since using this product my nails are smooth and no more vertical splitting. I have tried two other similar products in the past-but they were not effective at all. Even after months of use (to use up the product), my nails persisted with ridges and splitting. I drink at least 100 oz. of water a day and intermittent fast. I need some minerals in my water. I tried Trace Minerals. They aren’t bad, but you have to get used to the taste. Ultimate Minerals have no taste that I can detect.
