The first step in attending the Swiss Mountain Clinic is making a deposit to reserve your spot. The full amount of your deposit goes toward your retreat costs, which you can see below. Deposits are not refundable, but are transferable to another date or person. If you are not accepted by the clinic, your deposit will be refunded.
Once you make a deposit, we'll send an email with next steps. We'll guide you through the process of preparing for your stay, including a one-on-one phone call with our retreat concierge.
Retreat Costs
1 week double room: $5,940 per person ($11,880 per room)
1 week single room: $6,670
2 weeks double room: $11,600 per person ($23,200 per room)
2 weeks single room: $12,655
(You are responsible for airfare or other transportation, which is not included in these retreat costs. Expect around $1,500 round-trip from USA.)
If you book a double room needing a roommate and we are unable to match you with a roommate, you will be responsible to pay the $730 per week extra to cover the cost of a single room.
Your remaining balance after deposit will be payable in two payments prior to your retreat, unless you register for the retreat within 1 month of check-in, in which case a single payment will be due prior to your retreat. We will send you invoices for the remaining balance by email through QuickBooks per the payment schedule outlined below. Accepted payment methods are:
- bank account
- credit card (2% additional fee)
- mail-in check

Payments other than deposits are refundable as follows:
- Over 1 month prior to arrival: 100% refund
- 3 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund
- 2 weeks prior to arrival: no refund

- At this time we can only ship to the US and Canada. We can however sell our digital products and programs internationally. Here is a complete list of available international products.

General Return Policy
We accept authorized returns on unopened, unused consumable products sold from our website within 30 days of ship date with a 10% handling fee ($3 minimum, up to $10). Boxed or shrink-wrapped items must be unopened. Items must be in their original condition. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

- Refund will be credited within ten days of authorized returns being received in original condition
- Non-returnable items include:
- Books
- Digital Products (eBooks, eManuals, digital courses etc.)
