I would not recommend this detox. I completed 10 days but even with substituting out grains (including oatmeal) and potatoes, and limiting spinach and kale, the oxalates were too high, leaving me with terrible pain. The pain went away after 2 days and only returned when I ate another smoothie - which helped me figure it out.

I only have 3 days left to do, as I started late, and my blender broke last night! So, I'm eating more of the green smoothies in salad version and juicing more. I found it rather long overall, mainly due to the fact that I've done many natural digestive system cleanses using raw foods before and they were much shorter. I had never done the kidney, liver and gallbladder flushes, so I wanted to do the plan in order to do the phase 3. I'm non-stop busy with work, house and child activities every day, so I struggled at times to be fully prepared and it just took up too much of my time daily so I was behind with everything. I did really well considering and passed hundreds of gallstones - which surprised me! I managed about a dozen flushes and implants overall which I will continue as and when I can. I will re-do the plan before summer and hopefully be more prepared. I live in Spain so there were items I could not find and alternatives were difficult to source too. Some items were exorbitant in price and had to be replaced with alternatives and many had to be ordered online from various suppliers. Seasonal organic produce was available but limited so it'll be interesting to see what different items I'll be able to incorporate next time. I overspent on my monthly budget and I would re-organise it better in future for myself. I wasn't doing this to lose weight as I have none to lose but I have lost 2 kilos which I expect to put back on when I transition back to my super healthy diet. The meal plans didn't include anything I don't normally integrate into my own diet normally with the exception of the green smoothies - I hate them! I wobbled a couple of times with the thought of having to make them and consume so much, again. I found it difficult to get them down me each day, but somehow I did. I already have tonnes of energy so didn't find I had any more energy, but what surprised me was that I didn't miss coffee or salt as much as I thought. I use Himalayan salt anyhow. I am starting to yearn for a coffee now, near the end, and I did need a nap some afternoons (when I could get it) otherwise I struggled to stay awake, even whilst driving! So I had to mitigate that with some ginseng for the car share days. My sleep improved and I feel truly 'detoxified', lighter and not so tired in the late evenings. I suffer from IBS, have suffered fibromyalgia and healed myself. My problem is stress and overwhelm and this plan has helped me feel calmer and able to cope better with everything. I couldn't do all the detox techniques regularly, but did my best and tried them all except the infrared sauna and hot/cold showers. I am pleased I have done it and succeeded in staying the course. I had a buddy initially but he was overwhelmed with some family problems and a heavy work schedule and couldn't even get round to reading everything, let alone get organised. He was a disaster so I did it alone. Thank you Robyn for a detailed, informative and doable course. I bought the manual only due to my experience with internal cleanses and my nutritional science studies. Also, I would never have been able to get online to be honest for all the group and video connecting. I will recommend the course to others, but only those whom I think would really do it and are capable of getting organised and informed thoroughly first.

The detox went really well. I had been experiencing neuropathy before the detox and it was nonexistent during the program, which was eye opening. I have adrenal fatigue and low blood pressure so the worst part for me was giving up salt, but this highlighted an area I need to work on. Recipes were good and I will keep making the smoothies and soup going forward. I felt like I was definitely getting nutrition that I had been missing. Few areas for improvement:
1 - the book is confusing with the different phases. If I’m on day 14, I want to be able to go right to day 14 without all the thinking and counting. A refrigerator chart with the day numbers, phases and recipe names would be a big help.
2 - The cleanse with the olive oil, which I thought was still useful, does not yield gallstones - just solidified olive oil. There is a webpage on this where someone had the “stones” lab tested. The info in the book is misleading saying hundreds of stones come out.
3 - I came away with more of a sweet tooth than when I went in. I think there needs to be more savory food.
I would do it again and I would recommend to friends and family.

I’m so happy I participated in the 26-day Detox program, it’s just what I needed because I felt like I was in a corner with my health. I was eating very little for the past couple years and not losing weight. I actually ate more than I ever do on this detox and lost 14 lbs. I’m still in the week of Phase 4, but I have gotten through all of it pretty easily and have enjoyed it all. I liked being introduced to various methods besides sugar, butter, salt., etc., while the recipes were simple and not overwhelming, and I really liked having my food menu planned out for me to be able to learn from it. I just read one phase at a time from the material so I wouldn’t get ahead of myself. I felt like this was an immediate need because my hair has been falling out for 4 months and then my face and scalp began burning horribly for the last two months, so I got nervous and felt like I needed a detox and lots of nutrients right away. I just didn’t feel well. Everything is very much improved, along with clearer sinuses and no pain in my shoulder/arm from a past injury and arthritis. I only began desiring fresh foods during the Phase 4, so I’m sure I was fairly addicted to sugar, and I must have gotten rid of a good amount of inflammation. Thank you so much for the program, it was a success for me!

Hi, I used the ebook because it was less expensive but it was difficult to keep finding the recipes or whatever I needed to read. Wish it included the bowel message etc.
On a positive note we finished the detox and have continued to have daily smoothies and alot more salad. I'm grateful for having a guide to detox with.

I have recommended this to many people. I lost 10 lbs. and feel good. I do have some constructive criticism. I believe the book can be better organized. In fact all the people I know who bought the book say the say thing. It can be confusing at times. Also we all agree that the recipes should be in one chapter. We want to make some of these recipes over and over again and every time we have to search the book for them. I understand the reason you separated the recipes. You want people to buy the book and not just share recipes, which is a good reason. But speaking of the book, I think it is over priced. It is the most expensive book of it's kind anywhere. I understand all your research and work should be rewarded but even college textbooks of that size are not that expensive. Thank you for doing the research. I have had a number of friends in other states buy the book at my recommendation.

My husband and I are halfway through the 26 day detox. It is amazing! I can fit into clothes I haven't worn in over five years! Plus my husband looks like he is 10 years younger. His face is glowing and it seems his wrinkles have somehow melted away. He is a Type I diabetic, but we have followed the detox to the tee (not Level 2 juicing though). He wears a sensor in his arm that monitors his blood all the time. Interestingly, we have watched in amazement of how his body has reacted quicker and quicker to levelling out his sugars as the days go by. One thing we have missed is salt. Sugar hasn't been a problem though. Also, the hockey pucks are delicious and we absolutely love Purple Heaven. Hot Pink Smoothies are yummy too. And the green smoothies taste better and better each day. At first, we thought, how can we drink these every day for a month? But trust me, after a few days, it is no problem. One thing I do to is I get up at 4 am or sometimes 4:30 am. It is a beautiful time to wake, it is in sync with ones circadian rhythm. Not only do you feel more energized for the whole day, but it enables me to make all the food for the day, before 6 or 7 am. Highly recommend it! Right now we are doing the kidney flush - good thing we love watermelon! Thank you Robyn, for creating this wonderful program. We are very very happy with the results and can't wait to see how we feel in two weeks when we reach the end of the program. For sure, we will be incorporating many of these new habits into our lives.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Robyn has made the plan easy to follow; with great flexibility; variations; simplicity, and included possible snacks if needed. I chose not to snack simply because I did not personally feel any 'hunger' needs. The thickness and abundance of each smoothie were satisfying for me. A few times, I slightly heated the smoothies for a more soup-like meal.
I have never detoxified in my life before. Robyn's realistic and detailed (with photos included) dispelled any fears I might have had as a novice! Several of my friends who commented on my weight loos heard about my glowing recommendation to try this for themselves. Thank you. Ron

I've just completed the 26-day detox! Having been in the health and wellness field for over 30 years, I've done plenty of detoxing type programs. Being in my late 40's now, and finding hormonal changes affecting many issues, I knew it was time again to detox. I did not use the "full support" option but found the e-book to be quite sufficient. I do think full support would be useful for those new to detoxing. I implemented a mix of Level 1 and 2 options for sake of time, because my husband drank the smoothies also. Having only lost a about 5 lbs, I know this is due to hormone changes (which I'm working on!) more so than compliance to the program. I will say that Phase 3 of the manual between the kidney and gallbladder flush could have more precise instructions as to what to eat, but I'm sure any ambiguities are addressed in the on-line full support option. Over all, it's a very thorough program, and I feel great having completed it!

I bought the 12 step binder and the cleanse binder. Haven’t done the cleanse(waiting for the enema bucket!) but just doing the daily green smoothie has made a huge difference!! More energy and less stiffness and soreness when I workout. I can hardly wait for the cleanse! I also love the thoroughness with which the subjects are covered. Very inspiring!

The program is very thorough and considers every obstacle you will face which is helpful. I like the meal plans but I learned I don’t do well with “consistency” so having different meal options was great! I lost 22lbs and I gained so much energy during the program. It was unbelievable how I thought I needed caffeine to keep me going when really I needed a lifestyle change. I haven’t consumed animal products for almost a month and the plan is to keep it that way. It’s nice to know and taste what real food is and know the difference. I love the program and I have recommended it to so many people!

My husband and I completed the 26-day detox with amazing results. My husband has had life long high cholesterol and we have tried every eating plan imaginable and nothing touched his cholesterol. He is a tall, thin man and we eat a very clean diet. The only thing we had not tried previously was going meat/dairy free. We have also done many cleanses and detoxes over the years with no noticeable results. My husband did a blood test prior to beginning Robyn's 26-day detox and another one upon completion. His cholesterol dropped 200 points! As for me, I dropped 9 pounds and have kept it off. We then purchased Robyn's 8 week menu plan to help us continue to eat this way. The hardest thing is finding simple and delicious meal plans and Robyn's 8 week plan covers all of that for us. Thank you! I have been recommending this detox to all of my clients!

I have just received the downloaded digital manual for the 26 day detox. It is incredibly thorough and very well laid out. Though it is a bit scary I look forward to using it. I am not sure if I would benefit from having purchased the supported program. I don't spend any time on facebook so again not sure if I will miss the support. I have made many purchases from GSG and find the research and pursuit of quality to be very comforting in a world driven by bottom line first and sometimes the only concern.

I’m just starting phase 2 day 1. So far it’s been great! I only found myself hungry during days 5&6 and 4 PM. I have lost 7lbs so far and feel really good. I’ve been able to continue my workouts with plenty of energy. My husband has joined me as well and is doing fantastic! He has lost almost 6 lbs and is two days behind me on the eating plan. He hasn’t been hungry except day 5 late afternoon. He is also works out and has had plenty of energy. He has struggled with kidney stones and is really eager to see if Phase 3 will help! We have followed this to the letter so far and have enjoyed most of the recipes. Thank you Robin for researching for so many years and sharing your passion for optimal health and your knowledge with us!

I have only done phase 1 days 1-4. My husband and I are doing it together. He has lost at least 5 lbs.
I am enjoying the green smoothies. This is a new experience for us, a smoothie without fruit. Both our guts are functioning better. I have more energy and feel that my liver and gallbladder are functioning better. I like the combo of juice and smoothies and raw and cooked foods. I have looked for a long time for a detox. This one seemed sensible and "doable".
The manual is well presented and once you read and explore it. It becomes easier to understand. I do miss the interaction with other and some of the video and experts, but at this time this was the best option for us.

I will be starting my detox next week and have started the 12 steps manual. So far am enjoying the 12 steps manual and all the information i am learning about. Looking forward to the detox next week.
