I recently did the 26 day detox. I had terrible restless leg syndrome for the first two weeks of the detox. I was a skeptic when I began taking this product but then if a product is natural and good for you and can help you, especially as we age, then I'm all for trying it. Almost immediately I noticed that I slept better and don't wake up as often. I now wake up once a night but now it's more out of habit than having to, vs waking up every 1-2 hours prior to taking the Minerals. It's hard to pinpoint what other direct benefits I've received but my overall health is very good (I'm 72 and take no medications). One thing I did notice was in my teeth. I had gum surgery over a year ago but one tooth remained sensitive and I was unable to eat on one side. It has taken time but after perhaps 8-9 months of taking the Minerals, I can now eat on that side of my mouth. Since the Minerals are the only new thing I have introduced into my lifestyle, I'm pretty sure that had a lot to do with it.

I have started using the method that Robyn recommended of putting the minerals and filtered water in a glass jar out in the sun. I find that I am drinking so much more water! Since I use a reverse osmosis water filtration system, I know that I need to be very aware of getting trace minerals every day. I even add the mineral supplement to our steel cut oats to make sure even that water has minerals in it. I know that this product beats all of the other trace mineral products out there because it is from the earth and not just a formulation of various minerals. To me, it does not interfere with the taste of tea or any other water-based drink I use. I would not drink reverse osmosis water without it!

We haven't been taking it long enough to form a solid opinion. So far though its all been good. It's very easy to take and I have been using it in my structured water. Easy to get more that way! Just added it before bedtime. Will see how that goes.

I've been taking this for about 2 months now and one thing that I noticed within the first week was that I was sleeping better. Previously I used to wake up 3-4 times at night for various reasons; sometimes just because I felt hot or cold. I trust Robyn, & her products. As she said, many mineral supplements like UM are diluted, but if she diluted UM any more, it would be dirt! I love that it tastes earthy, kind of like dirt, lol. I always have liked earthy flavors.
I put a squirt in about an ounce of distilled water, add a few drops of iodine, & Pure Body liquid zeolite, take a pinch of Himalayan salt, hold the liquid in my mouth for a few seconds, then swallow!

Hello ,, I think it is a great product I have had challenges including circulation and blockages that have disappeared and I had not made many other changes ,, I just turned 70 and do not take medication except for aspirin.. So I will continue this product. Doctors told me my blockage was gone and my blood flow was fine to,, I was stunned ,, blood pressure was fine to..

I absolutely LOVE these minerals!! I take it in a small amount of water -- probably 2 -3 Tablespoons. I LOVE the earthy taste!! Robyn has joked before, that it's like eating dirt -- well, it is, but I just LOVE the taste, which is why I take it in such a small amount of water. I'm taking these because I learned that, for low bone density, it's not just calcium that we need -- it's different minerals!!
