I’ve been struggling to grow food outside in Florida.
With my Tower Garden, which I have indoors, I can grow up to 6 crops annually, back to back, with no “soil amending” needed.

How Does It Work?
You can grow greens, herbs, and even main-dish plants.
Here’s all you need to do – it’s simple!
1. Start your seedlings using the kit that comes with every Tower Garden.
When your seedlings are ready, usually about 3 weeks after germination, plant them in your indoor or outdoor Tower Garden. Plants grow in a medium called rockwool, which provides plant roots with oxygen and consistent moisture, in a closed-loop system.
2. Fill the reservoir with the plant nutrient solution and water.
The Tower Garden Mineral Blend gives your plants pure earth minerals that are essential to their development. The reservoir is located at the bottom of all Tower Gardens.
I’m experimenting with adding Ultimate Minerals to the reservoir, as the Tower Garden Mineral Blend isn’t certified organic.
3. The water and solution cascades down the Tower Garden, nourishing your plants.
A low-wattage, submersible pump in the reservoir pushes the nutrient solution to the top of the Tower Garden through a small, central pipe. The water and nutrient solution then drips down inside the Tower Garden, evenly cascading over the exposed plant roots. A timer ensures this process repeats continuously.
4. In only a few weeks, your plants will be harvest-ready!
Tower Garden will take care of itself, aside from a few minor tasks, such as checking water levels and cleaning the pump filter. In only a few weeks, you’ll be enjoying homegrown produce, harvested at its peak.

Is the Food Nutritious?
Yes! Food grown aeroponically is shown to be comparable nutritionally to traditionally grown food, as shown by NASA.
How Do You Choose Which Tower Garden to Get?
You definitely want to get the lights, because with them, you can grow indoors, year-round.
- The Flex is for indoor/outdoor. It costs $1,200.
- And Home is for indoor only. It costs $700.
You can also get on the payment plan, which doesn’t cost you more – so you can get started for less than $100 a month!
They also have some additional add-on items, depending on which unit you order.
I definitely recommend getting the LED grow lights.
You can get the clips, to help you with something that is vining. You can also get a support cage, which goes on the outside, if you’re going to do something that’s vining and needs something to climb on.
